  • Shipping: We deliver across Delhi and selected locations in India. Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days.

  • Delivery Timelines: Delivery within Delhi NCR is usually completed within 3–7 working days. Delays may occur due to holidays or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Returns & Exchanges: Uniforms can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Customized items (such as those with school logos, names, or alterations) are non-returnable unless defective.

  • Size Issues: We encourage checking our size chart carefully before placing an order. One-time size exchange is available based on stock.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.

  • Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placement. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

  • Intellectual Property: All content, logos, designs, and product images on this website are owned by our business and may not be used without permission.
