At Vijay School Uniforms, we are committed to providing quality school uniforms and related products. Since many of our products are supplied in bulk or made as per customer requirements, our return and refund policy is subject to the conditions below.

1. Bulk and Custom Orders

Most of our products are manufactured or supplied based on specific customer requirements such as size, color, fabric, logo, design, quantity, and customization. Therefore, bulk orders and custom school uniform orders are generally not eligible for return or refund once the order is confirmed and production has started.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns may only be considered in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Incorrect quantity supplied

  • Product received in damaged condition

  • Manufacturing defect in the product

Any issue must be reported to us within a reasonable time after delivery, along with order details and supporting images if required.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • The product cannot be replaced

  • The issue is verified and approved by our team

  • The order qualifies under the return conditions mentioned above

Refunds will not be applicable for:

  • Minor color variation due to screen display or photography

  • Change of mind after order confirmation

  • Custom or bulk orders already approved and processed

  • Delay caused by third-party transport or circumstances beyond control

4. Exchange / Replacement

If a product is found to have a valid manufacturing defect or supply error, we may offer:

  • Replacement of the product

  • Correction of the issue

  • Partial or full refund, if applicable

The decision will depend on the nature of the issue and the order terms.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders for bulk supply or custom school uniforms may not be cancelled once production, customization, embroidery, or processing has started.

If cancellation is requested before production begins, it will be subject to review and approval.

6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the agreed payment method within a reasonable period, subject to internal verification and banking timelines.
